Group Life Coaching – Conversations & Solutions
This program is facilitated as an interactive seminar, where we listen, ask questions, share experiences, and form clarity on who we are and where we are going. It allows us to take a breather and understand the importance of slowing down and simplifying life. With over information, the cluttered mind gets tired and exhausted, leading to a sluggish body and a spirit in conflict. We share and discuss strategies to simplify life, create our circle of safety and build the triad of balance, and understand the importance of eating well, moving well, and sleeping well.
