Meditate daily 

You are your best Dr, your best guide and your best guru, spend time to understand yourself, study the Eight limbs of Patanjali Yoga Sutra and you will start to tune into the answers your body, brain and spirit require..

Once you understand yourself, you will know what to eat, how to move and the technique for sleep, so you won’t have to rely on the multiple “research’ material which actually are not more than marketing materials being published in the name of Scientific research.

Meditation = know yourself. 

Lets find out how to meditate and the different kinds of meditations

Knowing oneself is to understand yourself in all forms, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. 

There are many types: 

  • Guided 
  • Breath 
  • Sound 
  • Energy transference 
  • Self healing
  • Distance healing 
  • Super conscious state of being 
  • IAM 
  • Etc ……upto 108 forms if not more.

Let me simplify the 108 kinds, into three main meditations:

  1. IAM 
  2. Energy transference 
  3. Supe conscious meditation / Sub conscious meditation 

We will cover these techniques and in each of the techniques we will start with the basics and move onto the advanced (in time)
